CARRIER OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Officers to lead and drive sales in our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, to acquire and manage dealers, clients, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong skill in relationship management with dealers of electrical products.

No. of Vacancy: 3 ( Three )

Location: Butwal/Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj & Dhangadi

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with dealers.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and sales campaigns.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with dealers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Marketing.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Should have own motorcycle.

Preference:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical sector.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
