Position: Hotel and Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of hotel and restaurant services.
2. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service.
3. Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a superior guest experience by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
4. Financial Management: Prepare budgets, control costs, and achieve profitability targets.
5. Inventory Management: Oversee procurement and stock management to maintain supply levels.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
7. Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
8. Event Coordination: Organize and manage special events, banquets, and conferences as required.
9. Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors for the timely procurement of high-quality supplies.
